We safeguard the environment by using the energy from photovoltaic systems, spearing the air of 5000kg/year of carbon dioxide emission. The whole winery is conduct in organic farming, in order to protect health of consumers and environmental protection. In 2016 we applied the organic method. In order to safeguard the health of our consumers.

The wines that we produce are the pure expression of our territory: Nero di Troia, Bombino bianco, Minutolo and Malvasia bianca.
You can choose between:
- Classics: Immensus, Terre bianche, Rovi and Capocasale
- Superior: Filotorto and Surliè
- Trendy: Trousse and Dandy
To them we can add two special wines: Collezione jazzisti passito and the sparkling wine spumante metodo classico Lucy

Winegrowers in Apulia land
Our grapes come only from autochthonous grapes such as Nero di Troia and Montepulciano for red grapes, Bombino, Malvasia, Greco and Minutolo for white grapes. The entire production is selected, vinified and bottled in our underground premises. The grapes are selected bunch by bunch on the plant, put in crates and only the best become our wines.
