The name comes from the process method of this particular that is batonnàge. The whole vinification is fully made in oak tonneaux of 7,5 hectoliters afterwards is affined with yeasts( in French: surliè). It is fully obtained from Malvasia Bianca grapes, harvested manually in crates from espalier vineyards of our property. It is a very unique product with incomparable flavors, that never stops to improve over time.
