Capo Casale is the name of the countryside of Ruvo where some of our vineyards are located. In particular, this is the most fertile area where Apulian indigenous grape variety Nero di Troia expresses his best.
It is vinified at low temperature, maceration process and fermentation are done at 17° C in order to give to the most-wine all the fruity and floral flavors that contains. The grapes are collected manually and put into the crates, immediately brought to the winery and softly pressed in order to limit the contact with air and the extraction of tannins.
Ruby red color, fresh and tannic . It is suitable for entire meal.
