WINE ROVI

Name Rovi is dedicated to the legend according to which the town of Ruvo di Puglia is called the bush surrounding the agro citizen. It is made with the tradition but with modern technology, such as temperature controlled. The grapes are transported in crates in the basement, in a soft pressing stemmed and left to soak with the juice at 25 ° C. At these temperatures, the grapes slowly and give full tannins and anthocyanins, an essential part of a red wine. The particularity of this product is the wine made entirely of steel to preserve its freshness.
