The philosophy

To make wine for us has never been and it will be never an industrial trial. A good wine is born in a good vineyard and grows in a good wine cellar. To make wine is not a work, but very more because wine is not an any drink but a product that a soul has, a product that speaks and it tells of whom has done it, and of the feelings that he wants to give to whom tastes him. It is for this that every wine is different from another, because every wine has one history of his and one its "religion". For us to be viticultori, but farmers of our earths, are everything a great honor, because every year we grow our grapes, our olives, with a continuous challenge of improvement with so many sacrifices but with great satisfactions that reward us.
